Since these overalls are a new item for us this Fall, we have not gotten enough customer feedback to fully answer this.
However, in my experience, people tend to think the European sizes run bigger than American, in general.
The best way to gauge the correct sizing, is to take your infant/child's length/height in inches and multiply it by 2.5. This will give you their height in centimeters, which is how the sizing is determined.
For example, if your little one is 30 in long, this would come to 75 cm. The size 74/80 overall will fit best now and for a while, based on how quickly your infant is growing, but if you want room for growth, the next size up would accommodate this.
